WHERE
Lannock Farm, Hertfordshire
TIME
9.00am — 5.30pm
A nourishing day of yoga, sauna, exploring, making, and more.
We’re excited to announce our first ever retreat day at Lannock Farm. This unique experience is designed to help you slow down and connect with what’s real: good food, fresh air, nature, movement, community, and the quiet joy of open fields.
The day unfolds with intention: yoga to begin, a walk across the land, a long lunch at the Smoke + Barrel, sauna under the open sky, and making with seasonal flowers.
If this sounds like the day you’ve been waiting for, we’d love to welcome you on the 7th August to Lannock Farm.
Your day includes
Five hosted sessions across the working farm, designed to flow gently from one into the next.
Imogen North
Yoga Workshop
Two hours · for all levels
The day begins with a two-hour session weaving together grounding asana (movement), breathwork, myofascial release, and deep relaxation to cultivate steadiness and connection.
We’ll create space to reconnect to our centre, nourish ourselves deeply, and return to a place of calm focus. Suitable for all levels — whether you’ve been on the mat for years or are stepping on for the first time.

Smoke + Barrel
Long-table Lunch
Seasonal · local · Fresh
Gather around the long table at Lannock’s new Smoke + Barrel restaurant for delicious, seasonal dishes made with local ingredients — much of it grown a few steps from the table.
A selection of hearty fresh salads, smoked meats and Leavened baked bread.
Dietary needs are accommodated — just let us know on the registration form.
TAKE TIME SAUNAS
Sauna & Cold Plunge
Outdoors · views of the farm
Chill out, soothe tired muscles and clear the mind with sweeping views of the Hertfordshire chalklands.
Our sauna is run by Take Time Saunas, our newest resident at Lannock.
Hot sauna first, then cold plunge or waterfall bucket. Sweat, chill, repeat — an honest reset for body and head.

ALEX CHERRY
Guided Farm Walk
Across the land · with your farm host
Walk with your farm host, Alex Cherry. Learn about Lannock’s history (five generations in the same valley), our sustainable practices, and how the vitality of the soil shapes the health of our food and our own wellbeing.
An easy hour through the herbal leys, the woodland paths and out across the fields.
Rosie Leathers
Growing British Wildflowers
Hands-on · take home what you make
Guided by our flower farmer, Rosie, you can choose to plant a small pot of native British wildflowers or create a seasonal posy to reflect this summer moment.
Whichever you choose, you’ll take your creation and a piece of Lannock home with you.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON
A 30-minute restorative massage
Add a 30-minute massage with Katie at the Fernwood Therapy Room to complete your day. Treatments are available immediately before and after the retreat, and during your wildflowers session — you’ll have time for both.
Only 8 spaces available, so we advise booking in advance.
Payment is in addition to the retreat.

Alex Cherry
Farm Host — Guided Farm Walk
Alex’s family have farmed at Lannock for five generations. Following his father, Paul, Alex tends the land with deep care and a quiet commitment to regenerative practices.
He’ll lead the farm walk — sharing the story of the farm, the soil, and a way of working that puts the land first.

Imogen North
YOGA WORKSHOP
Imogen North is a senior yoga instructor, teacher trainer and Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist. Originally trained in dynamic Vinyasa flow, she blends her deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics with restorative practices, ritual, and a strong connection to nature to create classes that are both grounding and transformative. She believes wholeheartedly that yoga is for everyone.

Tom Salt
Smoke + Barrel — Long-table Lunch
Tom is the Director of Food & Hospitality and founder of Smoke + Barrel, Lannock’s new on-site restaurant.
He cooks honestly and seasonally over fire, drawing on what’s growing on the farm and a focus on local producers. Expect a generous, considered long-table lunch that puts the farm directly on the plate.

Rosie Leathers
Growing British Wildflowers
Rosie is Lannock Farm’s flower grower, cultivating seasonal British blooms rooted in a lifelong love of nature and the changing rhythms of the UK seasons. She believes growing flowers is about authenticity, seasonality and a slower, simpler way of life; noticing the small details, living closely with the land and sharing its beauty with the local community. At the retreat, Rosie will lead a hands-on workshop exploring British wildflowers and the art of working with them.

Katie Shellard
Massage therapist
Katie Shellard is Lannock Farm’s resident massage therapist, working from the peaceful Fernwood Therapy Room. She specialises in Myofascial Release (John F. Barnes Method) and remedial massage to help people ease pain, move more freely and feel at home in their bodies.
At the retreat, she’ll be offering an optional 30-minute session to support rest and a real sense of reset.
