The Fosse free range bronze turkey is generous and delicious, with succulent marbled meat and an exceptionally rich flavour.
There traditional strains of bronze turkeys are slow-reared for around twice the length of time as commercial turkeys. They arrive as day-old poults and are naturally grown to a maturity of 6 months.
Fosse Meadows turkeys spend a greater amount of time free-ranging and foraging on pesticide-free grassy pastures, which allows them to put down a nice layer of natural fat. They develop a deep, rich flavour and succulent texture due to the marbling of the meat.
Comes with a pop-up timer, cooking instructions and giblets.
How to order your Turkey:
1. Choose your collection date first (collection between 10am-5pm on the 21st-23rd December and between 10am-3pm on the 24th December)
2. Select your preferred turkey weight.
3. Confirm and pay to secure your turkey and collection slot.
