Lannock Farm Summer Retreat

We’re excited to announce our first ever retreat day at Lannock Farm. This unique experience is designed to help you slow down and connect with what’s real: good food, fresh air, nature, movement, community, and the quiet joy of open fields and big skies.

The day starts with a two-hour yoga workshop (for all levels) with Imogen North, weaving together movement, breathwork, myofascial release and deep relaxation to cultivate steadiness and connection.

We’ll share delicious seasonal dishes at the Smoke + Barrel restaurant, enjoy a relaxing sauna, a guided farm walk, and a hands-on session on British wildflowers.
