Good for the land. Good for you.
Wellness at Lannock starts in the ground. We farm regeneratively, caring for the soil so it can care for everything that grows in it, and we believe that goodness carries all the way through to your plate.
Around the farm you'll find simple ways to look after yourself: a sauna with views across the Hertfordshire chalklands, massage in the Fernwood Therapy Room, food grown and reared a few fields away, and seasonal retreat days that bring it all together.
No fuss, no rules. Just fresh air, good food and space to slow down.
Our Seasonal Retreats
A few times a year, the farm becomes your retreat.
Our retreat days are a chance to step away from the everyday and reconnect with what's real: good food, fresh air, movement, community and the quiet joy of open fields and big skies. Each one follows the rhythm of its season, so no two days are quite the same.
A retreat day might include:
-
Yoga to start. A slow, two-hour session for all levels, mixing movement, breathwork and deep relaxation.
-
A walk across the farm. Learn from your farm host how the health of the soil shapes the health of our food, and our own wellbeing.
-
A long-table lunch at Smoke + Barrel. Seasonal dishes made with produce from the farm and our neighbours.
-
Something to make and take home. A hands-on afternoon with one of our local makers, from wildflowers to clay.
-
Sauna and cold plunge. Warm up, cool off, then close the day together.
-
A goodie bag of treats and gifts from the farm.
We keep every retreat small, with no more than 18 guests, so there's always room to breathe. Massage at the Fernwood Therapy Room can be added on the day.
In August we welcomed our first retreat guests for a summer day of yoga, sauna, wildflowers and a long lunch in the sun. Many told us they'd be back, and we can't wait to have them.

Hands-on · take home what you make
Guided by our flower farmer, Rosie, you can choose to plant a small pot of native British wildflowers or create a seasonal posy to reflect this summer moment.
Whichever you choose, you’ll take your creation and a piece of Lannock home with you.
