About the event
Take Time Saunas in collaboration with Zenflow Yoga.
Mark the longest day of the year with a special Solstice collaboration: a sunrise session to welcome the light, and a sunset session to see it out. Sauna, cold plunge and a guided Zenflow Yoga flow at both ends of the day.
