Here at Lannock we believe that sharing knowledge is king so will be offering a range of butchery classes to suit any meat lover. These informative 3 person classes will be hosted in the new butchery by our master butcher Joey. Starting at 5pm, this class will last 3 hours with dinner at the end.

About the event
Here at Lannock we believe that sharing knowledge is king so will be offering a range of butchery classes to suit any meat lover. These informative 4 person classes will be hosted in the new butchery by our master butcher Joey. Starting at 4pm, this class will last 3 hours with dinner at the end. As well as taking home some meaty new life skills you will be treated to hearty supper cooked on the Asado grills and you will of course get to take home the meat you have prepared that afternoon. Learn beef anatomy watching master butchery Joey break down a whole roasting middle which features the core cuts; sirloin, rump, fillet and ribeye. During the class, you will learn the fundamental characteristics of high-welfare grass fed beef and why dry ageing is so integral to its quality and taste. You will get to prepare your own …
