About the event
Here at Lannock, we believe that sharing knowledge is king, so we will be offering a range of butchery classes to suit any meat lover.
These informative 4-person classes will be held at the new butchery by our master butcher, Joey. Starting at 5 pm, this class will last 4 hours with dinner at the end.
As well as taking home some meaty new life skills, you will be treated to a hearty supper cooked on the Asado grills, and you will of course, get to take home the meat you have prepared that afternoon. Learn beef anatomy watching master butcher Joey break down a whole roasting middle, which features the core cuts: sirloin, rump, fillet and ribeye.
