About the event
Here at Lannock, we believe that sharing knowledge is king, so we will be offering a range of butchery classes to suit any meat lover. These informative 4-person classes will be hosted in the butchery by our master butcher, Joey.
Starting at 5 pm, this class will last 4 hours with dinner at the end. As well as taking home some meaty new life skills, you will be treated to a hearty supper cooked on the Asado grills, and you will, of course, get to take home the meat you have prepared that afternoon.
Learn Lamb anatomy by watching master butchery Joey break down a whole Lamb into primal joints.
Practical skills on the day and cuts to take home: Bone, stuff, and roll a lamb rib roast. Butterfly a leg of lamb and marinade it for the BBQ.
Supper: Lamb crudo with kalamata olives, capers, and toasted Leavened sourdough.
