From photographer to chef, Christy's journey into food has been shaped by creativity, fire and a passion for bringing people together around the table.

After leaving behind a career behind the camera during Covid, he immersed himself in hospitality — building a reputation for bold, ingredient-led cooking and memorable food experiences spanning festivals, private dining, weddings and open-fire feasts.

For one special evening at Lannock, Christy brings his signature style to the farm: modern British cooking layered with global influence, smoke, fire and deep, generous flavour. Expect seasonal dishes cooked low and slow, grilled over flame and built around exceptional produce sourced from Lannock Farm and other like-minded growers and producers.

Set against the backdrop of the barn at Lannock Farm, this will be a relaxed, atmospheric long-table supper built around great food, good conversation and the simple pleasure of eating together.
