Lannock Farm is a working regenerative farm and a rural hub for food, drink, wellness and craft. Around the barns you'll find a butchery, a larder, an open-fire kitchen and taproom, a bakery, a sauna, and a community of independent makers, all rooted in the same small patch of North Hertfordshire.

Whether you're visiting the Larder, Butchery or Smoke + Barrel, you'll find our opening times here to help plan your visit. Check out the opening times of our residents on the residents page. Our address is Lannock Farm, Hitchin Road, Weston, Hitchin SG4 7EE. Parking is free on site

    From Friday lunch through Sunday, join us for food cooked over fire, sourced from the farm and a small circle of regeneratively minded producers. Expect low-and-slow smoked meats, charred vegetables, garden salads, pulses and elevated breakfast sandwiches.

    Friday 16th October. Book your sitting - 6pm, 7pm or 7:30pm. £35 per head covers the fire cooking, sharing sides, sauces and dessert. Your steak is chosen at the butchery counter and paid for separately on the day. Bar open from 5pm.
