Spring Lamb Butchery Experience

Product Description

Here at Lannock we believe that sharing knowledge is king so will be offering a range of butchery classes to suit any meat lover. These informative 4 person classes will be hosted in the butchery by our master butcher Joey. Starting at 5pm, this class will last 4 hours with dinner at the end. As well as taking home some meaty new life skills you will be treated to hearty supper cooked on the Asado grills and you will of course get to take home the meat you have prepared that afternoon. Learn Lamb anatomy by watching master butchery Joey break down a whole Lamb into primal joints. Practical skills on the day and cuts to take home: Bone, stuff and roll a lamb rib roast. Butterfly a leg of lamb and marinade for the BBQ. Supper: Lamb crudo with kalamata olives, capers and toasted Leavened sourdough Lamb Asado cooked over wood with chimchurri. Rennet and Rind Cheese Board Wine, beer and soft drinks
