Game Butchery Experience

Here at Lannock we believe that sharing knowledge is king so will be offering a range of butchery classes to suit any meat lover. These informative 3 person classes will be hosted in the new butchery by our master butcher Joey. Starting at 4pm, this class will last 4 hours with dinner at the end. As well as taking home some meaty new life skills you will be treated to hearty supper cooked on the Asado grills and you will of course get to take home the meat you have prepared that afternoon. Skills on the day: Bone and roll a Venison Haunch Bone and stuff a Pheasant for roasting Dress a partridge for the oven. Supper: Game Stew with dumplings, burnt greens and roast Pumpkin. Glass of red wine, beer or soft drink.
