Our meat is freshly butchered on-site by our expert butcher Joey, ensuring peak quality and freshness every time.
We proudly offer pasture-raised Shorthorn beef and chicken, all raised here on the farm, along with premium cuts of local pork and venison.
At Lannock Butchery, our master butcher Joey prepares all meat fresh on-site. Specialising in whole carcass butchery, we know exactly where our meat comes from - whether hand-selected from our own fields or sourced from trusted local farms. As proud members of the Pasture for Life movement, our beef, lamb, and dairy are Certified 100% Grass-Fed, supporting sustainable farming and healthy soils. You’ll find Shorthorn cattle, Mangalitza pigs, and free-ranging hens thriving across our land, producing outstanding meat and maintaining ecological balance.
Behind the counter, we offer Heritage Norfolk Black chicken, Knebworth Estate venison, local pork and lamb, and our popular Lannock sausages, burgers, and bacon.
