Francesca Gentilli

Based in her Hertfordshire studio, Francesca works independently, collaborating with a network of artisans from around the world, many of whom she proudly calls friends. Her journey began in 2014 during a trip to India, where she stumbled upon a small shop brimming with colourful dhurrie rugs - and over countless cups of chai and conversations, her business took root.

Since then, Francesca has expanded her collection to include Moroccan and Turkish rugs and textiles, with a particular passion for suzanis, curating unique pieces that celebrate culture, tradition, and craftsmanship. Every country she partners with holds a special place in her heart — for both its people and its textiles.
