Take Time Saunas in collaboration with Zenflow Yoga.
Sauna & Flow — an evening to slow down, breathe and reset. A mindful, creative yoga flow led by Zenflow Yoga, paired with sessions in our authentic Scandinavian-style sauna and a cold plunge. Move, sweat, chill, repeat.

What to bring:
Swimwear, two towels (one to sit on, one to dry), a bottle of water, and a yoga mat if you have one. There are two changing rooms on site. Open to all guests aged 16+.
